The plant of KingTech is certified ISO9001. This guarantees that we have a consistent and effective quality system in place to meet our customers' quality needs. We attach great importance on defining and documenting these needs for each part at the beginning of a project in order to minimize the errors once production is underway.All phases contributing to part procurement and/or manufacture are fully documented. Copies of inspection result are forwarded with each shipment regardless of the quantity ordered.

Mould Maintenance:
Part quality is very dependent on the condition of the mould. At the end of each run, we clean, inspect, lubricate, and spray the mould with rust preventative. If necessary,mould repairs is initiated before wearing and degenerating into a quality issue.
